Manufacturing
Equipment manufacturing takes place in our 19,000 sq. ft. clean, organized, climate-controlled facility conveniently located near the intersection of I-10 and I-49. Our technicians take pride in their work, and their craftsmanship is second to none.
We specialize in manufacturing chemical injection skids, hydraulic power units, and topsides umbilical termination units required for deep water subsea tiebacks. We are also UL 508A certified for Industrial Control Panels. Pneumatic/Hydraulic Systems, Skid Packaged Automation, PLC Panels, Boarding Valve Panels, Drilling Choke Consoles, and many others are all manufactured following our ISO compliant Quality Management System.
I&E Field Services
API has Instrumentation, Electrical, and Measurement personnel with decades of experience with installation of cable, tubing, tray, terminating PLC panels, calibration of end devices, installing Fire & Gas systems, general power and lighting, motor control centers, variable frequency drives, ESD/TSE loops, installing wellhead control panels, installing chemical injection skids, HPUs, TUTAs, and more.

For decades we have designed many wellhead control systems (traditional and subsea applications), electric-over-hydraulic, pneumatic over hydraulic, self-contained manually pumped systems, electrical panels, solar-powered chemical injection & solar-powered air compressors, drilling choke consoles, high-integrity pressure protection systems (HIPPS), SIL rated systems and more.
Our equipment is often installed in potentially explosive environments. We consistently rely on electrical safety standards defined by the NEC, IEC, and ATEX.
We can also provide line sizing calculations, accumulator sizing, accumulator nitrogen pre-charge recommendations, and more. When pad-eye calculations are required, we have routinely partnered with a nearby licensed Professional Engineer.
Custom Tag Engraving
While our main service offerings are the focus, we are also light and nibble enough to help out with other special projects.
Using our 16" x 12" engraver, we can provide custom tags and signs for a variety of industrial equipment, office name tags, stainless steel cable tags, and even trophies.
