Safety
We understand that safety is a choice. Our team members do not cut corners and look out for one another. Through various tools such as proper training, a behavioral based safety program / corresponding rewards, providing appropriate protective equipment to our employees, and identifying hazards through JSAs before specific work begins, we are proud to have impressive safety statistics. More importantly, we are proud that our team members are able to return home to their families the same way they left.
Specialized safety training is provided to our employees such as Production Safety System Basic 30 CFR 250 / API RP 14C, Accident Prevention / Accident Reporting, Water Survival / Underwater Egress Training, Lockout Tagout, Fall Protection, First Aid/CPR, bloodborne pathogens, and more.

Quality
API's detailed Quality Management System is comprised of specific procedures, forms, and checklists that have been refined over the years during continuous improvement efforts. We are a UL 508A certified panel shop and our system is ISO compliant. API Management meets formerly at least once a year to review what's working well and what could use improvement. We are light and nimble enough to make changes rapidly.
